SPACES FOR HIRE

This map is a quick guide for community organisations to locate spaces for community activities and events when working within the Borough of Westminster. 

 There are various types of spaces included in this map:

 Halls for large events

Halls and rooms suitable for workshops and community activities

Rooms for individual client sessions

Co-working spaces

Classrooms, lecture rooms and labs

Conference and Meeting rooms

Sports facilities and gyms

 Please note: 

 Some of the venues are willing to consider longer term bookings.

 Accessibility information can be obtained directly from the Venue to ensure requirements are met.  

 Kitchen and Baby Changing facilities details can be found on the venue websites or ask for information directly.

 Many of the venues do offer special rates for community organisations and many are open to some negotiation.

  • LGBT Consortium is a national specialist infrastructure and Membership organisation. They focus on the development and support of LGBT groups, organisations and projects through training, guidance, resources and advocacy.

  • Directory of Social Change runs over 300 charity courses and training events for the voluntary sector in the UK.
     
  • NCVO champions the voluntary sector and volunteering; helping them thrive in what they do. NCVO connects, represents and supports voluntary organisations, from the smallest community groups to the largest charities. It represents the voluntary sector and volunteering to government and others – and its high quality research findings often help influence policy makers.
