Description

Human Rights Solidarity (HRS) is a registered charitable organization dedicated to promoting and protecting the human rights of marginalised communities, including refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrants and vulnerable youth. Our mission is to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary support and skills to integrate into society. We achieve this through a variety of activities and programs, including advocacy and legal support, education and training, community building, and capacity building. Advocacy and legal support involves providing legal advice and advocacy services to help immigrants and refugees navigate complex legal and social systems. Education and training focuses on organising workshops on employability, digital literacy, human rights education, and cultural integration. Community building includes hosting social inclusion events, cultural activities, and campaigns to foster understanding and reduce social isolation. Capacity building involves mentoring marginalised individuals and equipping them with the skills and resilience needed to advocate for their rights.
