Description

Turning Point's Drug and Alcohol Wellbeing Service is a place where you can get real and practical help to manage your problematic use of drugs and alcohol in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea. We will work with you, whatever your situation and without judgement.
Our wellbeing workers support people with their goals regarding their drug and alcohol use, be that abstinence, using in a safer way and/or developing a healthier lifestyle and habits. We offer a range of different treatment options to support people with their goals, from clinical time limited support to a vast range of wellbeing activities to support people to develop emotional resilience and confidence against the struggles that life throws at us.
Our support could involve 1-1 coaching, medication, fitness and getting in the outdoors, employment and education support and funding, learning new things such as music therapy or arts and crafts and much more. Our support is holistic and all encompassing. We have a programme that allows people to become accredited peer mentors, where they support others and act as a visible representation of recovery. We also support people who have been impacted by a loved one's drug and alcohol use.
