Description

Abdul Mageed Educational Trust, Charity number 1192825, is working hard with a group of professionals to deliver various services to the hard to reach communities in London including Education, Community learning workshops, Family enterprises days, plus distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables on cheap prices to people in the community through the Sunflower cooperative. We are space creators, platform holders for beneficiaries to get together and combat isolation and loneliness. We help beneficiaries to overcome life difficulties by breaking barriers and help them develop a healthy life style. We are advice first aiders trained by Westminster Citizens Advice Bureau, we listen, identify the problem then refer and signpost to specialist services. We provide interpreting and translation of our events in three community languages mainly Arabic, Amharic and Tigrinya.
