Description
Tell It Parents Network's key aim is to empower and support social and economically disadvantaged parents based on the belief: it takes a whole community to raise a child. We foster community self-efficacy to enable more secure, fulfilling and prosperous life experiences for local parents and their families. We facilitate weekly drop in sessions, provide a range of advice and support services/activities, help with formal correspondence, advocacy and accompanying to appointments. We run English classes, sewing workshops, well being and relaxation sessions, as well as a range of topical workshops and community events including an annual visit to the seaside. We signpost to services and have relationships with a range of local partners.
