Vincentian Care Plus is a small non profit making Home Care Agency providing sensitive home care at an affordable price. We keep the individual at the heart of all we do and we work hard to provide a good responsive service. We work closely with families, carers and other to support people with their particular needs at home. Vincentian Care Plus aims to set very high standards in care and support. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and Tri-borough Adult Services. We offer a free befriending service to all of our Service Users and are always looking for reliable volunteers to support us in providing this.
