Description


To provide or assist in the provision of a wide range of services and facilitise for Local Bangladeshi Community in South Westminster. The Westminster Bangladeshi Association is a grass root led community group based in the South Westminster area. It is an initiative of local Bangladeshi people living in the targeted area. The objective of the Association is: “To advance education, arts, leisure and social welfare and work towards the relief of poverty amongst the deprived and disadvantaged Bangladeshis in the Victoria, Milbank and surrounding areas”. The Association is running a some activities on an informal basis with the support of volunteers and well wishers: 1. Mother Tongue Classes 2. Homework support 3. Youth Activities 4. Get Togethers Cultural Events
