Westminster Senior Citizens' Forum (WSCF) exists to promote the interests of older people to relevant statutory and voluntary bodies, local MPs and MEPs. WSCF is affiliated to the Greater London Forum for the Elderly. WSCF is run by a committee elected from the membership, and membership is open to any pensioner living in Westminster. The Forum organises open meetings at public venues around Westminster, with speakers on a variety of topics selected by members. Past meetings have covered the General Election, keeping warm in winter, transport, sheltered and supported housing and crime prevention. Meetings provide the opportunity for older people to gain information, ask questions and put their views forward.
