Time & Talents is the social enterprise arm of One Westminster that runs the employee volunteering programme in Westminster.
Established in 1996, Time & Talents has built strong ties with One Westminster's extensive network of more than 100 local community organisations that make a huge difference to the lives of disadvantaged people living in the borough.
Westminster is a diverse borough, and the needs of its residents change frequently. According to the 2019 English Indices of Deprivation, parts of the borough are among the most deprived areas in the country.
Since the pandemic, charities have been facing unprecedented demand for their services. With the current cost of living crisis, an increasing number of Westminster households are at risk of falling into deprivation. Rising inflation and shrinking public funding means that charities are struggling to deliver services.
Corporate involvement is now needed more than ever to ensure additional support to the most vulnerable communities in the borough.

Supporting charities with manual tasks, such as painting and decorating, cleaning and clearing, or gardening and environmental regeneration, improves communities where there is limited capacity and resource; an active, teambuilding approach to volunteering.
Whether volunteering as an individual or in a team, employees use skills developed through their careers to effect change in the community. They can provide key support for charity staff as peer mentors, trainers and trustees. Volunteers also work with disadvantaged community members on issues such as unemployment and literacy.
We can also help your business identify charity projects that would benefit from financial donations and other in-kind support, such as project funding, events sponsorship, donations, and pro-bono office refurbishment. Free consultation to identify potential projects for employee engagement that match your company's corporate social responsibility goals or social value commitments. We compile a list of volunteering opportunities every two months, and we can help find projects that match your staff availability and preferences.
Full brokerage service for CSR events and volunteer days, so we take care of all charities’ liaisons and logistics. Our full service includes events planning, full coordination of activities and volunteer teams on the day, provision of materials/equipment, photography, collection of feedback from participants and beneficiaries, and impact report
There's a small fee for full brokerage service of volunteer days and bespoke CSR events, but we keep costs reasonable as we are a charity and the funds raised from this service are put straight back into the local community.
